The SEED PLAY STANDS playstand design is internationally registered and protected under model law at WIPO The Hague under registration number DM/220951. http://www.wipo.int/designdb/hague/en/

Copying or recreating our playstand design and using the name SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED is not allowed. SEED PLAY STANDS will maintain its rights.

Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED. SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products from SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you.
After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and details of any delivery services you have ordered from us.
Please note that this email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order.

8. Pricing and payment

The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Site from time to time. Product prices and delivery services exclude taxes. We may vary the prices at any time and without any notice,
We reserve the right at any time to refuse any order, modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof).
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate .
You further confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method is valid and the inputted payment details correct. All credit/debit cardholders and any payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other method of payment in accordance with your order.
If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a currency other than the currency set out on the Site.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

10. Discount codes

From time to time we may offer all or selected customers discount codes to use on their order, these are for use on full priced items only unless otherwise specified when receiving the discount code.

11. Cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days following your receipt of goods from us. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in writing, by email at hello@seedplaystands.com
If you do this during the 14 days period after receipt of the goods, we will reimburse you the cost of the goods using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise upon safe receipt of the goods. Please return the goods in line with our returns policy.
Please return the unwanted goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods you received were incorrect, damaged or faulty.

12. Returns and exchanges

Any claims for faulty, damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days of receipt of your parcel.
You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item(s) back to us. All items must be returned in a fully re-salable condition and in the original packaging.
SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Due to banking delays, it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show up on your card statement.
For exchanges, please return all items in accordance with the above. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please state which items you wish to exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
If deemed faulty the cost of returning the goods to us will be fully refunded. We are not however responsible for return shipping costs other than for goods that are incorrect or faulty.

13. Delivery

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED will endeavour to despatch your order in accordance with the estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible should delivery times be delayed by the courier service. Estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.

14. Customs

It is important to note that your order may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. If the customer fails to collect their parcel from customs and SEED PLAY STANDS LIMITED has to have the parcel returned to them, the customer will be responsible for the cost associated with the retrieving of the parcel.

15. Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
